However, the selection process for PKH recipients at the village level is often conducted manually and subjectively, leading to inaccuracies and potential social inequities. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) for determining PKH aid recipients using the Weight Product (WP) method in Bunggalo Village. The WP method was chosen because it can proportionally process the weight and value of each criterion to generate an objective ranking of alternatives. This research applies the Research and Development (R&amp;D) approach with a quantitative methodology, while the system development follows the Waterfall model consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The developed system utilizes five main criteria in evaluating aid eligibility: income, number of dependents, housing condition, asset ownership, and employment status. The testing results indicate that the WP method achieved in determining eligible recipients. Therefore, this system proves to be effective and efficient in supporting village authorities to make objective, transparent, and accountable decisions. Moreover, its implementation supports digital village governance and enhances public trust in the social assistance distribution process.</em></p> Abdul Rahman Ismail Zainudin Sidik Rusni Harun Nuranissa D. Paemo Copyright (c) 2025 SHARE Conference 2025-10-16 2025-10-16 1 1 25 33 PENINGKATAN PERFORMA DYE SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL (DSSC) BERBASIS TIO₂ MESOPORI DAN PEWARNA ALAMI ANTOSIANIN: PENGARUH SURFACTANT DAN WAKTU ADSORPSI https://prosiding.sekolahvokasi.ung.ac.id/index.php/share/article/view/2 <p><em>Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSCs) offer a cheaper, more flexible, and eco-friendly alternative to silicon-based solar cells. This research aims to enhance the efficiency of DSSCs by optimizing the photoanode material (TiO2) and the sensitizer (dye). Mesoporous TiO2 was successfully synthesized using the coprecipitation method with the aid of CTAB surfactant to increase the specific surface area. The natural dye used was Red Spinach (Amaranthus tricolor) extract, rich in anthocyanin pigments. DSSC fabrication was performed using the doctor blade technique on FTO glass substrates. The study variables included material comparison (Mesoporous TiO2 vs. Technical-grade TiO2) and electrode soaking time (2, 4, and 6 hours). Characterization results showed that the use of Mesoporous TiO2 yielded the highest efficiency of 1.85% (Jsc = 6.50 mA/cm2, Voc = 0.52 V, FF = 0.54), significantly outperforming the technical-grade TiO2 which only achieved 1.25%. This efficiency enhancement is attributed to the smaller crystal size of TiO2 (2.751 nm), which increases the surface area for dye adsorption, and the optimum soaking time of 6 hours. These findings confirm the potential of Mesoporous TiO2 and natural anthocyanin dyes for sustainable DSSC development.</em></p> Sarinah Pakpahan Siti Fauziah Copyright (c) 2025 SHARE Conference 2025-10-16 2025-10-16 1 1 1 7 Analisis Kebutuhan Pengembangan Modul Digital Kontekstual untuk Pembelajaran Verb Tenses pada Mahasiswa Teknologi Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak https://prosiding.sekolahvokasi.ung.ac.id/index.php/share/article/view/5 <p><em>This study aims to analyze the needs for developing a contextual digital module for learning verb tenses among students of the D-IV Software Engineering Technology Study Program, Vocational Program, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach within the framework of English for Specific Purposes (ESP), encompassing three components of needs analysis: learners’ needs, learning needs, and target use needs. Data were collected through a student needs questionnaire (n=29), semi-structured interviews with external stakeholders namely English lecturers and IT industry practitioners and a review of instructional documents. The findings revealed that, in terms of learners’ needs, students demonstrated basic understanding of verb tenses but faced difficulties in contextual application, particularly in distinguishing between the simple past and present perfect tenses. A total of 72.4% of students reported a lack of context-based practice. Regarding learning needs, 34.5% expressed a preference for interactive digital media that provide concise theoretical explanations accompanied by contextual examples in the IT field. From the perspective of target use needs, both students and practitioners emphasized that mastery of verb tenses is essential for professions such as programmers, software engineers, and system analysts, as it contributes to clarity in cross-team technical communication. The study recommends the development of a digital module based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) principles, integrating IT case studies, reflective exercises, and automated feedback. Among various renewable options, biogas stands out as a sustainable solution that not only reduces dependence on fossil fuels but also promotes circular economy practices through the utilization of organic waste. This study aims to explore the trends and dynamics of biogas research over the past decade using a bibliometric approach, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and the integration of IoT-based smart monitoring technology. The method employed is a quantitative and descriptive bibliometric analysis of scientific publications indexed in Scopus from 2015 to 2024. The findings reveal a consistent increase in biogas-related publications, with dominant research themes including anaerobic digestion, optimization, renewable energy, and biomethane. The co-occurrence mapping identifies five major research clusters emphasizing system optimization, substrate biotechnology, microbial ecology, energy purification, and energy sustainability. The results highlight a clear shift in research direction toward digitalization and the application of smart monitoring systems based on IoT, which enhance efficiency and operational stability. In conclusion, biogas research is evolving toward a smart renewable energy paradigm—anchored in efficiency, sustainability, and digital innovation as the foundation for future energy management.</em></p> Siti Fauziah Aswin Copyright (c) 2025 SHARE Conference 2025-10-16 2025-10-16 1 1 17 24 KAJIAN SISTEMATIS PERAN PEMASARAN DIGITAL DALAM MENDUKUNG DAYA SAING AGRIBISNIS PERIKANAN https://prosiding.sekolahvokasi.ung.ac.id/index.php/share/article/view/1 <p><em>Fisheries agribusiness plays a crucial role in Indonesia’s food security and economy, yet it still faces challenges such as long distribution chains, price fluctuations, and limited access to global markets. Digital marketing through social media, e-commerce, and information technology is considered a strategic solution to enhance competitiveness in this sector. This study applies a systematic literature review of publications from 2015 to 2025 to identify the benefits, challenges, and opportunities of digital marketing implementation in fisheries agribusiness. The findings reveal that digital marketing expands market access, strengthens product branding, improves distribution efficiency, and enables direct interaction between producers and consumers. However, low digital literacy and limited infrastructure remain key obstacles, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Opportunities such as mobile applications for fresh fish sales show potential to strengthen competitiveness and support business sustainability. The novelty of this study lies in integrating systematic insights that highlight the interrelation between digital strategies, global competitiveness, and fisheries policy directions.
